Chris' adventures, random rants, and just stuff I think is interesting.

What's an adventure? For me, every day is a new opportunity to learn something new or have an experience to talk about with friends later.

Adventures happen anywhere and any time. Here, you will find a mix of thoughts related to my job, my family, the outdoors, or just random events.

You're welcome to come along.

-Chris

The Bullwheels are Silent

January 26, 2005.  Today is the first time in 106 years where not one ski lift in the state is operating. I picked a terrible year to give Jennifer really cool new skis and gear for Christmas. bummer...

Expedia lists a 4-day SEA<->GVA next weekend from $562... not bad for short notice. Try Chamonix; it's not far from the airport, and Nice just had snow, so they've got to have plenty up there!
