Chris' adventures, random rants, and just stuff I think is interesting.

What's an adventure? For me, every day is a new opportunity to learn something new or have an experience to talk about with friends later.

Adventures happen anywhere and any time. Here, you will find a mix of thoughts related to my job, my family, the outdoors, or just random events.

You're welcome to come along.

Web services - the big picture

Felipe, Don and I have been writing a paper on the entire Web services architecture throughout the summer.  We finally got our first edition complete, and its been published to the Web services spoke on MSDN.   There is still some more work to do, but we are pleased with it as a first release.

I think this paper is the first one since the Microsoft/IBM roadmap that talks about the entire architecture in a single place.
